Airport Scavenger Hunt For Kids

Do you love traveling with your kids?  Is the ‘getting there’ part of the trip the hardest for you?  If it is you are not alone.  We travel a lot with our kids and it took a while to figure out if we make the journey part of the trip it makes it go a bit better.  We have not yet figured out the perfect way to travel yet with no issue but we are getting to enjoy the journey more and more.

For flying with the kids one of the ways we survive the airport wait is a scavenger hunt.  This is not fool proof and it won’t kill hours but it can create a fun game while waiting for your plane.

Here is our list of what to find at the airport

1. A water fountain

2. A vending machine

3. Find a pilot in their uniform

4. Find a sign in a different language than English

5. Find airplanes of 4 different colors

6. Find a map

7. Find a moving walkway

8. Find a clock with a different time zone

9. Find 3 flights that are delayed on the screen

10. Find 3 different restaurants in the airport

11. Find a bright colored travel pillow

12. Find a purple bag

13. Find a luggage cart

14. Find funny socks

15. A kids play area
